International Expedition
The ideal candidate:
- Planning, organizational, negotiation and communication skills both within the company and with clients;
- Experience in a similar logistics related role is a plus;
- Extended Program Availability;

- Intermediate English language skills (written and spoken) required;
- French, Italian, Spanish, German are a plus;

Job Description:
- Adherence to work procedures and instructions;
- Input and be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all race/document related data entered into the system;
- Responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the warehouse management system and for the accuracy of all transactions performed in the warehouse management system involving inventory movements/changes/blocks, item settings and/or storage locations;
- Timely reporting of irregularities, ambiguities and errors that occur in transactions to the office manager and/or transportation management;
- Prepares, distributes and is responsible for the accuracy of reports in accordance with requirements and agreed upon procedures and company policies;

- Maintains records of documents entered;
- Safeguards the interests of the company, does not perform activities detrimental to the company;
- Other duties as assigned hierarchically;
- Registering courses taken/to be taken in the computer system;
- Ensuring the flow of information to and from drivers;
- Adhering to the objectives related to performance and quality of services;
- Planning, organizing and coordinating daily transportation activities by taking over and following up on the execution of national and international transportation orders for the assigned fleet;
- Confidentiality, loyalty, team spirit, stress resistance.
